2 MILE WALK

The non-competitive 2 mile walk will start and finish at the same place as the run.  The walk takes participants along the beautiful Mississinewa Riverwalk through Matter Park. Walkers will not be timed. The scenic walk is parallel to the 5K run course most of the way, making it fun to see and keep up with what is going on in the run.  Cost is $15 for all ages!  Strollers are welcome on the walk course.  NO PETS please for the safety of all participants.

KIDS FUN RUN

The FREE Kids Fun Run will start and finish at the same place as the 5K run and the 2 mile walk. Children 10 and under will be permitted to race. The course is a flat out-and-back. There will be a turnaround at approximately 250 yards from the start making the total Kids run 500 yards long maximum. Guardians are welcome on the course to help make sure the young tots find their way.

All kids must be pre-registered and have a release signed by their parent/guardian allowing them to run. Only the first 75 entrants will receive a finisher’s ribbon and goodie bag. Due to financial constraints, Fun Run participants will not receive a race t-shirt. All Fun Run participants will be welcomed at the post-race picnic. Please see the Kids Fun Run Course Map.
